Tracey has worked extensively in the realm of leadership and human resources.  With over two decades of experience in navigating the delicate intricacies of workplace dynamics, Tracey has earned a reputation for her remarkable blend of kindness, empathy, and unwavering objectivity.

Tracey has held various roles in Human Resources and Operations across industries, from post secondary education to non-profit organizations. Her tenure in these diverse settings has equipped her with a breadth of experience in handling complex employee relations matters with finesse and compassion.

Tracey’s journey in the field of human resources began shortly after completing her Executive MBA degree. At her current workplace, Tracey has conducted numerous complex investigations involving vulnerable individuals, their families and guardians and employees.

What truly sets Tracey apart is her innate ability to connect with people on a profound level. Colleagues and employees alike often seek her counsel, knowing they will be met with empathy and understanding. Whether it’s mediating disputes, conducting investigations, or implementing policies, Tracey approaches each situation with a genuine desire to support and uplift those involved.

In addition to her empathetic approach, Tracey is revered for her unwavering commitment to objectivity. She understands the importance of remaining impartial, especially in sensitive matters such as investigations. Her keen analytical skills and attention to detail ensure that every decision she makes is grounded in fairness and equity.

In addition to being a team member of ITP Sport, Tracey is the executive director, human resources of a provincial organization providing care and housing to some of the most vulnerable citizens in our communities. In this role, she leads initiatives that ensure employees are providing safe and kind care through a culture of coaching.

Beyond her professional achievements, Tracey enjoys volunteering her time in the community with her two kids that play football and volleyball at the elite level.
