Samantha GrazianoHR Manager

Samantha is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Change Management Practitioner with over a decade of broad human resources and people management experience in the not-for-profit sector. Samantha provides the leadership team with expert guidance and coaching in all areas of HR to support the organization and ensure ITP’s strategic plan and business objectives are met through our top talent, up-to-date policies, programs and legislative compliance. Her areas of focus at ITP include talent acquisition, onboarding, training, workforce planning, health and safety, employee relations, performance management and compensation. As the mother of two young children in sport, Samantha is grateful for the work that ITP does and is proud be a part of the safe sport movement.
