Ryan Gushulak

Ryan has been involved in sport for their entire life and is passionate about how safe sport and equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) intersect within sporting environments. They believe that everyone involved in sport has a role to play in creating healthy and safe sporting environments. Ryan is an experienced Sr. Manager of Sport Safety & Athlete Services and a consultant in EDI with a focus on transgender inclusion and gender identity within sport. Ryan is excited to bring their professional and lived experiences within these areas to the ITP Sport team and be at the forefront of the Safe Sport movement within Canada.
