Nicole has worked in sport for over a decade, from organizing sporting events and competitions, to reviewing policies and complaints. Prior to joining ITP Sport, Nicole worked at BC Soccer for six years with a focus on safe sport and governance. Nicole has grown up playing organized sports and is passionate about physical activity and teamwork. She wholeheartedly believes that participating in sport enriches peoples lives and she wants to help make sport a better and safer place for all involved.
