Jillian has always been passionate about sports and how they can bring people together. She is an advocate for mental health awareness and firmly believes the first priority of participating in sports is to enjoy ones self .

Nicole has worked in sport for over a decade, from organizing sporting events and competitions, to reviewing policies and complaints. She wholeheartedly believes that participating in sport enriches peoples lives and she wants to help make sport a better and safer place for all involved

Samantha provides the leadership team with expert guidance and coaching in all areas of HR to support the organization and ensure ITP’s strategic plan and business objectives are met through our top talent, up-to-date policies, programs and legislative compliance.

Barb is an award-winning senior communications consultant, respected world-wide for communications planning as well as managing media operations at large sporting events. Her experience covers nearly 30 different sports at the Olympic, World Championships or Major Games level, working on almost every continent. Helping people communicate effectively, whether in writing, or using the latest social media platform, is her raison d’être! Creating a safe environment where athletes can excel and feel comfortable behind the scenes as well as on the field of play is always her goal. She is known for her ability to support athletes through the media gauntlet, while still ensuring journalists can work effectively and tell the story. Accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), in 2014, Barb received IABC Canada’s highest distinction, named a Master Communicator for both her skilled expertise and contributions to the profession. She’s the ultimate professional, who establishes a rapport easily with both athletes and media, to see them all succeed.

Jonathan Warren servers as ITP’s external IT consultant. Passionate about mental health advocacy and building positive and inclusive cultures, Jonathan brings these values to supporting ITP’s technical landscape.
