Judi has made the safeguarding of children, athletes, and vulnerable communities her life’s work and passion. As a Senior Associate with Proteknon, Judi has worked with UNICEF, the Alliance, SOS Children’s Village and International, Save the Children, Caritas International, Sesame Street and Canada Feed the Children. Previously, Judi spearheaded the growth of the Canadian Red Cross Respect Education program from a grassroots initiative to a national/international award-winning program. Having worked both nationally and internationally with numerous governments, researchers, Indigenous communities, children and youth, Judi has incorporated violence prevention, safeguarding and psychosocial programs into organizations such as Hockey Canada, Western Hockey League, and the Department of National Defense.
